September Gift Card Calendar Drawing

A Facebook Event has been created to post the videos of the September gift card calendar winners. Please be sure you add yourself and anyone purchased calendars to this group. This will be the main place where winners will be announced. There will also be a page created on here to list the winners each day as well. All winners will be notified by phone the day of the drawing or the next day. If you have any questions concerning this event, please contact Christine Gust.

Marching Band Schedule

The marching band schedule for September and October are now up on the Calendar tab on the website. If you have already linked this calendar to your Google calendar or iCal, there is nothing more you need to do. If you have not linked it yet and need help, please contact Tracy Lubkowski at tlubkowski1@aol.com for help.

SaveAround Coupon Book Fundraiser

Tomorrow starts our next individual fundraiser! We will be selling SaveAround Coupon Books for 2020. All orders will be due back at the BEGINNING of practice on August 26th. An order form with 1 coupon book and info sheet will be sent home with each child after band camp tomorrow. Each book will be $25 and your student will receive $12.50 (that’s 50% profit!) per coupon book sold. All checks should be made payable to LHS Marching Band. Here are a few things to make sure of when selling these books: – If you do not sell any books, please return the unsold book by August 26th. If you do not return this book, you will owe $25. – For every 5 books sold, you get a free book. DO NOT put your free book on the order form. It will be calculated separately. -On the back of your order form are out-of-town editions available for purchase. Be sure to mark the correct book code on the front of the form to ensure you get the correct book. All books will be given to you and you will be responsible for shipping the books yourself. -We will only be taking cash or checks for this fundraiser. We will not be utilizing the credit card option as there are extra fees applied to those.

2019 Annual Basket Raffle

The donation request letters for baskets/gift cards and silent-to-live auction items are now available for download on the Important Documents page. If you have any questions or would like to donate a basket/item, please contact Nancy Sekuterski.

Booster Meeting

Our very first Marching Band Booster meeting of the season is tomorrow, July 29th at 6:30 in the Lancaster Middle School Auditorium. We will be giving updates on all the group fundraisers that have been done, upcoming group and individual fundraisers, participation requirements and updates and much, much more! Please join us for this meeting as there will be a lot of information that you will need to know for the upcoming band camp and competition season. Any questions or concerns you have can be addressed at this meeting as well.
