We have added a tab to the website to post the gift card calendar winners. This will be updated on a weekly basis on Sundays. We also have a Facebook group to check the winners as well. You can join the group here.

Good afternoon everyone! Christine has an appointment this evening, so I will be at the end of the drop off line to collect any money and calendar stubs you have. Also, if you need more, I will be making a list and will have all calendar packets ready for you at pickup time, to make sure things stay moving along as smoothly as possible. Good morning marching band families! I wanted to share an exciting update with all of you. The officers and the directors met last night, and we have decided to convert this into an individual fundraiser. For every calendar sold, your child will get $5 put into the ISA account for any future trips. Right now, with so many questions, no trips are being planned, but, with most accounts depleted for the Hawaii trip, we wanted to give families a chance to plan for future trips.
All calendars that have been sold already have been assigned to the band member that sold them, so we will have no issues with previously purchased calendars.
Also, as an incentive for selling the calendars, we will have 5 prizes! The person who sells the MOST calendars in total will win a $100 Amazon gift card. We will also put each child’s name in for a raffle for each month to win a $25 Amazon gift card. For example, if you student sells 30 of each calendar, their name will go into the raffle 30 times for each month’s raffle and a name will be chosen. If their name is picked, they win the gift card for that month.
We will also have a very detailed letter that we will be mailing home to all families with all the details for this. If you have any questions, you can message Christine Danette Lucas Gust or myself.
